Do you need help creating a consistent meditation practice?
The Free online Meditation Challenge is designed to help you do this. Everyone is welcome from complete beginners to long term meditators.
- Every day you will receive tips and resources to help you on your meditation journey.
- You will learn a new technique each day of the challenge so you can discover one that is right for you.
- I will be running them live at 8pm AEST (but if the timing doesn’t suit you can always watch the replay) so you can ask any questions that may arise for you.
- You even get the option for cheat days because life gets busy and sometimes we get swept away, but learning to jump back on the horse without judging yourself is apart of the process.
- Meditating in a group is more powerful than trying to push through by yourself so please feel free to invite your loved ones and I encourage you to engage in the beautiful group who has come together to support you on your journey

I took the challenge to to learn different styles of meditation to see if there was a different form that suited me better and to commit to actually doing it. It was definitely a good introduction to meditation and showed many different styles of meditation/mindfulness so you can find whatever suits you best. I would have never known you could do it with a cup of tea or whilst walking!
I was able to meet my goal and didn’t use any cheat days either.
I’m more calm, still meditating and still feeling the benefits.
