Mindfulness and meditation are becoming more and more mainstream and although it has been practiced throughout the world for thousands of years, it is only recently that science has proven the overwhelming benefits associated with meditation. It is something that everyone would benefit from and my goal is to help people incorporate this practice into their life so they can reap these wonderful benefits too.

I have been meditating for over 10 years and since experiencing the benefits first hand it is now something that I just cannot go without. If I am not meditating regularly, I feel anxious, stressed, confused, irritable and have trouble sleeping. Meditation has improved my health drastically and I believe it is one of the main contributors to healing my chronic fatigue syndrome.

Meditation allows you to consciously choose your actions and create the life that you want rather than just thoughtlessly going through the motions. It helps you to  quieten that inner critic that tells you that you (or what you are doing) are not good enough. It increases your resilience, ability to problem solve, focus and attention. There are many myths that prevent people from meditating and I want to assure you that everyone can meditate, it is just a matter of finding a practice that suits you and your life style.
